After man's most horrific conflict, the people of the United States, Germany and Japan - once great adversaries , have supported democracies, and helped promote peace throughout the world.
As a sign of friendship, the people of Germany and Japan are working with Harahan to secure two iconic symbols of post-World War II
The City of Harahan is very honored to have been chosen as the second location of this travelling exhibit. Proving once again that Small Towns CAN Do Big Things!
The exhibit will be on display at the Harahan Library – the oldest library in Jefferson Parish starting May 5th until May 30th, 2025.
